ASSOCIATE FASHION STYLIST | CREATIVE MANAGEMENT & PRODUCTION

I am looking for associates who are not only organized with "can-do" spirits, but visually-attuned to join the creative team. Our work thrives on the balance between structure and fluidity, AND This role is for someone who loves the intersection of fashion styling and the strategic hustle of managing a creative pRODUCTION.

    This is a "Right Hand" role for someone who can transition effortlessly between strategic client management and hands-on creative production, bringing some exciting creative visions to life! 

    Experience in the industry is valued, but I prioritize refined vision, and a shared creative curiosity.

    Whether you're a student, a freelancer, or just looking to break into the industry, if you can navigate both the creative hustle and the logistical grind, we’ll be a great fit.

    • Styling, Strategy & Development

    • Creative Direction & PRODUCTION

    While we’ll collaborate closely, you’ll have the autonomy to lead your own projects independently. Our roles are intertwined, with a subtle shift in focus depending on the landscape:

    • In Jakarta: We’ll focus on styling and creative development—shaping the production and connecting with the clients who align with our vision.

    • In Bali: We’ll focus on that same styling and development—but with an emphasis on casting and scouting the new faces that represent our world.

    • Creative Development:

      Partnering with me on ideation, moodboarding, and building the "visual soul" of each project.

    • Styling & Research:

      Identifying and sourcing garments and objects that align with a specific visual narrative

    • Management & Growth:

      Handling project flows and identifying new clients/brands that align with our vision.

    • Creative Production:

      Overseeing the end-to-end creative production cycle, ensuring the magic happens on set, managing the environment and the energy of the shoot.

    • Casting Direction & Scouting:

      Curating the talent that authentically tells our story—from professional models to unique street-cast finds.
